Changed your mind? You have 14 days
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive it, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, email us at kittyandfur@gmail.com before the 14 days end with a clear statement that you want to withdraw. You can use the form below, but you don't have to.
Sending items back
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We'll email you the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Please send items back unused, in their original packaging where possible.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used, and you won't pay any fees for the refund. We may hold the refund until the items arrive back or you send proof that you've returned them, whichever comes first.
You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the items beyond what is needed to check what they are and how they work.
Faulty, damaged or not as described?
Email us with your order number and a photo. You're covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
