2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on our store, wherever you live. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you live in the EU, you also have the EU consumer rights described below.
3. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly on screen. Prices are shown in euros (or your local currency where offered) and include VAT for EU orders. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
4. How the contract is made
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We email you to confirm we received it. The contract is formed when we email you that your order has shipped. If a product becomes unavailable, we tell you and refund any payment straight away.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. See Refund policy & returns for how it works.
8. Legal guarantee
You have the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law and the law of your country (in Portugal, Decree-Law no. 84/2021). If an item is not in conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
9. Using our products safely
Please follow the instructions that come with each product. Our tools are for grooming pets and cleaning fabrics at home. They are not medical or veterinary products. If your cat has skin problems, ask your vet before grooming.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem, email us first at kittyandfur@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. In Portugal you can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. For disputes, you can contact an alternative dispute resolution body such as CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt), or the consumer body in your country. More information is on the European Commission consumer redress website.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
